The Fulcrum Vent is model designed for higher winds. The vents reduce pull and speed in wind in excess of 10 + winds. The standard Fulcrum can be a handful in winds over 12 mph so the vent is a great addition to your kite bag for high winds. Wind range 8-25 mph.
